Nancy's Story

For as long as I can remember, all the way back to my first little Brownie camera, I've been in love with photography. Through the years, I have enjoyed the pursuit of beautiful composition, exposure, color... and I've always loved sharing my photos with family and friends. My daughters, accomplished photographers themselves, share my passion. That means that my grandchildren, who have had camera lenses in their faces from the moment of birth, are growing up to be (mostly) willing subjects for our many fun family photo shoots. My passion is working with families, children and couples, primarily at outdoor locations, creating casual and fun portraits that will be treasures for years to come. I also love to shoot events, travel, nature, animals -- simply all of God's amazing creation. Most of the time, you'll find me with my perpetual arm extension (a.k.a. my camera) just about wherever I go. When my camera is not in my hand, my paint brushes frequently are. Just as my lens captures the beauty around me, I enjoy creating artwork in various mediums... from wall paintings, to painted furniture, to Christmas ornaments showcasing your own home, and more.
